In the past few days or so, I’ve covered just about every emotion I ever feel towards cooking. See, I went to culinary school and do genuinely enjoy spending time in the kitchen—and having to cook more at home right now has been no exception. But, like—I think—many other people in the world right now, I’ve been feeling burnt out and bored and inspired and excited in equal measure.
