Staying positive during these strange and trying times can be somewhat of a challenge. Parents across the globe are trying to find ways to help their kids stay positive as the majority of people continue to shelter and stay safe at home. One mom from the U.K. came up with a bucket list trick to help her kids dream about the days after the pandemic has calmed—and it’s going viral.

“We’ve started a new thing in our house today and sharing it in case anyone else wants to try,” mom Katie Eborall wrote in her Facebook post, Every time we wish we could do something, go somewhere, treat ourselves, see someone we love, visit a new place, invite people to visit us, we’re going to write it down on a post it note and put it in a jar.”
