The pressure to snap back after pregnancy can be very real—but is also unrealistic. Bringing a human into the world is a major event for any woman’s body, so naturally it’ll take time to recover. Yet, new moms everywhere still constantly hear about tips on how to lost the baby weight—never mind the newborn that is likely occupying most of their time. Now, more and more women are speaking out against the unrealistic expectation, including actress and cookbook author, Tia Mowry.

The mom of two recently took to Instagram to share an image from her workout and explain that her midsection had been the most challenging area to work out. She wrote in the caption, “Got it in!
